Are you a Technical Support and Test Analyst, with a wide range of technical skills, looking to join a company that optimises efficiency in point of sale operations for the world's leading retailers? With your customer-focused and natural problem solving abilities, you will be responsible for providing 2nd and 3rd line telephone, email and remote support for various software and technology related products to customers, partners and colleagues in the UK and overseas.

Job Description:

  • Provide 2nd and 3rd line telephone, email and remote support for various software and technology related products to customers, partners and colleagues in the UK and overseas
  • Troubleshooting technical issues
  • Develop an ongoing in-depth knowledge of software and technology products to be able to perform high quality support and testing
  • Write, maintain and execute software and product test scripts, plans and procedures
  • Ability to understand software specification/requirements and to interpret acceptance criteria and derive tests accordingly
  • Document software enhancements and defects

Essential skills required:

  • Previous technical support experience in a relevant technical background and related test environment for software and electromechanical hardware/device
  • Ability to identify and solve complex technical issues
  • Software and/or electromechanical product testing experience
  • Strong communication English skills both written and verbal
  • Experience of working within an agile development environment
  • Dedication to quality and meticulous approach
