Are you a professional Account Manager with experience looking after a company's Key Account to ensure the best working relationship is achieved? Job Overview:

To satisfy customer demand for products and services, and achieve strategy in relation to maximising profit, by securing sales for these products and delivering the Company's strategy in line with ISO 9001:2015 and 14001:2015 requirements.

Job Description:

  • Deliver the region's annual budget and other KPIs, including revenue and CSI.
  • Understand and support the customer's business and objectives using the PSP (Process Solutions Provider) methodology. Use this knowledge to contribute to the delivery of objectives.
  • Communicate all knowledge gained clearly about customers and competitors through the CRM system (C-View)
  • Provide clear price and margin management in accounts.
  • Undertake the role of market co-ordinator for one sector of the business, which involves developing a rich presentation of the market knowledge about the sector. Who are the key UK companies in this business, their potential and abrasive processes.
  • Increase customer knowledge / awareness of products / solutions through visits to key decision makers, training, and supporting marketing initiatives.
  • Report on all competitor activities and other market intelligence.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience:

  • Previous key account management / sales role with technical products / services.
  • Proven relationship building skills.
  • Commercial awareness, to understand the customer's business needs and identify plans to deliver them.
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Effective influencing and communication skills, with the ability to understand and explain technical concepts to different levels.
  • Negotiation skills.
  • Flexible approach to working to meet the customer's
  • Full driving license.
