Job Overview:

  • Liaise with new and existing customers to provide product/services information.
  • Resolve any emerging problems that our clients might face with accuracy and efficiency via telephone and email.
  • Ensure we comply to FCA and Government Anti-Money Laundering regulations.
  • Covert new business into active, dealing clients.

Job Description:

  • Act as the first point of contact for all incoming client queries via telephone and email.
  • Liaise with new client registrations, promoting the services and benefits offered.
  • Maintain high client retention rates by providing a positive customer experience from start to finish.
  • Ensure all new and existing client applications and currency bookings follow full compliance and due diligence processes.
  • Request any necessary documentation from clients within agreed client service level agreements.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a customer-focused environment.
  • Excellent ability to analyse and report findings on client information.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with people at all organisational levels.
