Job Title: eCommerce Manager

Objective:

Development and roll-out of e-commerce platform (Webshop) across UK sales units, driving sales, order lines and site content/functionality improvement.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop the Webshop: Liaise with Product Managers and coordinate efforts to assure that all relevant products, descriptions & images are displayed and optimised online for customers.
  • Liaise with IT to prioritize, and be the escalation point for, system defects/change requests and incidents resolution.
  • Liaise with Marketing and Sales teams to ensure that effective promotions/content are set up and run up online.
  • Liaise with Customer Service teams to ensure proper training for effective customer support for Webshop users
  • Liaise with Operations to ensure that Webshop reflects our operational way of working and capability. Ensure that the Webshop customer delivery information and presentation is correctly mapped in the site functionality and communicated clearly too sales teams and customers.

Skills/Experience Required:

  • Experience in eCommerce tools and adoption both internally and externally.
  • eCommerce platforms and coding knowledge
  • Successful track record of developing, launching and developing eCommerce platforms.
  • Proven project management experience.

Education / Qualifications:

  • BA or BS degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration.
  • Experience in eCommerce tools and adoption both internally and externally.
  • eCommerce platforms and coding knowledge
  • Successful track record of developing, launching and developing eCommerce platforms.
  • Proven project management experience.
