Job Overview:

In this role your responsibilities will include leading the worldwide management and execution of cross-functional programs through the Product Development Process (PDP). This includes developing program goals that support the business objectives and developing and executing strategies and plans to meet the goals. Identifying and implementing process improvements and assisting in the integration of complex business factors to develop and implement long-term strategic planning objectives is required. Additional responsibilities include managing the level of revenue risk associated with the new product life cycle.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Lead core team, kick off programs, Establish schedules and facilitates meetings.
  • Manage the creation, review and approval of the MRD.
  • Facilitate Core Team meetings and maintain master schedule.
  • Establish clear objectives and deliverables for the program that support the business.
  • Drive the creation, review and approval of the ERS.
  • Manage major risks and issues through effective contingency plans and proper escalation. Drive the core team to meet or exceed program targets (Financial, Quality, Schedule and Budget).
  • Work with the core team to establish plans to achieve the quality goals.
  • Ensures the core teams reaches Release at the desired quality level and meets the ramp plan.

Experience:

Essential:

Approximately 10-plus total year's relevant work experience required.

Education:

Bachelor's degree or comparable work experience in lieu of education required.
