Are you a well organised Mortgage underwriter who has a good understanding of FSA regulations, looking to join a specialist mortgage provider. Responsible lending policy compliance, you will process new DIP's & applications in line with the Credit policy.

Role overview

To process new business in line with credit policy, the responsible lending policy, the underwriting manual and the underwriting process manual.

Role specific requirements

* TCF policy compliance
* Responsible lending policy compliance
* Credit policy compliance
* To process new DIPs and applications
* To underwrite new business
* To manage the completion of new business applications
* To liaise with customers, intermediaries, valuers and solicitors
* Ensure that TCF is fully embedded in the Firm's business and all activities
* Ensure the efficient and effective deployment of the company's resources within departmental budget
