Job Title: Business Development Manager - Field Based

Role Overview:

To develop prestigious new customers within the luxury hospitality market and to ensure that the companies brand is delivered effectively. You will act as an ambassador for the company and to build brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • New Business Development.
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities.
  • Manage a pipeline of new business.
  • Build strong relationships with key decision makers and industry influencers.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and sign contracts with key customers.
  • Help develop and work to a sales plan.
  • Deliver targeted sales growth.

Key Result Areas:

  • Achieve agreed sales targets through effective prospecting, pipeline management and closing techniques.
  • Raise the profile of the Canton brand within the luxury hospitality market.

Knowledge & Experience:

  • Experience selling into the premium HoReCa market, in particular luxury hotels.
  • Strong track record of delivering profitable new business.
  • Experience working in a branded and quality driven company within the F&B sector Personal.

Qualities & Skills:

  • Personable and able to develop long term relationships.
  • Highly motivated and target driven.
  • Strong commercial awareness.
  • Strong negotiation & selling skills with ability to analyse complex situations and agree a mutually satisfactory resolution.

Other Essential skills:

Full driving license and access to your own vehicle - this role requires you to travel within the UK extensively with some international travel.
