Job Title: Administrator

Are you an Administrator with experience in a busy sales environment? Do you have an excellent telephone manner and good IT skills?

Overview:

Primarily the individual will support the sales team with generating quotes and inputting orders for existing customers, along with providing customer service support.

Responsibilities:

  • The accurate and timely input of quotes and/ or orders
  • Proactive management of workload to ensure maximum conversion of quotations
  • Responding to queries from external and internal contacts
  • Producing reports and analysis
  • Maintaining databases such as supplier details

Skills/Experience Required:

  • Min A-C English and Maths.
  • Sales office experience, gained in a busy sales environment.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Computer literate and competent in using Outlook, Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • The individual should be intelligent, articulate and diligent. T
  • You should have the ability and desire to embrace a multitude of tasks on a daily basis and should exhibit a can-do attitude.
