Job Title: Sales Administrator/Warehouse

Are you an experienced Warehouse person with Sales Administration Experience? Do you enjoy a varied role? This position would be split between the Sales Office & Warehouse.

Overview:

This is a dual role with 50/50 split - 50% in the office and 50% at the warehouse picking and packing.

Responsibilities:

Administration:

  • Respond to, prepare and submit quotations in line with customer deadlines, using email, telephone or hard copy
  • Proactive management of workload to ensure maximum conversion of quotations
  • Develop & maintain relationships with site contacts and an understanding of their business and challenges
  • Enter sales orders into the company ERP system (rev7)

Warehouse:

  • Carry our daily stock checks using system provided.
  • Report any breakages/damaged product to Supervisor or Manager
  • On receiving goods from production carry out a quality check then safely stack in relevant stows for rotation purposes.

Skills/Experience Required:

  • Previous experience working in a Warehouse environment
  • Confident telephone manner
  • Good attention to detail
  • Good IT Skills
