Job Title: Multilingual Sales Support Administrator
This is an exciting new opportunity for a Multilingual Export Sales Support Administrator to join a friendly team. Fluent in spoken and written English and French is essential to this role.
Responsibilities:
- Booking customer orders accurately and in a timely manner onto IT system
- Processing of orders
- Creation of job files
- Answering phone calls and filtering phone calls appropriately where necessary
- Dealing with general customer enquiries
- Basic quoting and pricing
- To work as part of the team to achieve Departmental and Company targets
- Updating the company's Customer Relationship Management system ("CRM")
Skills/Experience Required:
- Fluent in spoken and written English and French is essential to this role.
- Knowledge of German would be advantageous
- Outstanding attention to detail
- Previous experience in a sales driven environment would be advantageous
- Good telephone manner
- Proven IT skills, including Microsoft Office and in particular Excel
- Pride in first class customer service and relationship building
- Previous experience in an export and/or manufacturing role
