Job Title: Multilingual Sales Support Administrator

This is an exciting new opportunity for a Multilingual Export Sales Support Administrator to join a friendly team. Fluent in spoken and written English and French is essential to this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Booking customer orders accurately and in a timely manner onto IT system
  • Processing of orders
  • Creation of job files
  • Answering phone calls and filtering phone calls appropriately where necessary
  • Dealing with general customer enquiries
  • Basic quoting and pricing
  • To work as part of the team to achieve Departmental and Company targets
  • Updating the company's Customer Relationship Management system ("CRM")

Skills/Experience Required:

  • Fluent in spoken and written English and French is essential to this role.
  • Knowledge of German would be advantageous
  • Outstanding attention to detail
  • Previous experience in a sales driven environment would be advantageous
  • Good telephone manner
  • Proven IT skills, including Microsoft Office and in particular Excel
  • Pride in first class customer service and relationship building
  • Previous experience in an export and/or manufacturing role
