Overview:

As a valued Member of the Sales Team you will be the office based support to the external sales representative responsible for a specific geographical territory. Daily duties will include telephone up-dates with the rep and meetings with the new business team as well as; promoting new products to clients, delivering timely up-dates regarding delivery and lead times, resolving client issues, booking new orders onto the system and keeping the client updated.

When you're not busy with existing clients you will be making calls from the CRM system, calling lapsed clients and prospects to increase your client base. It is essential that all customers receive an excellent service through good business practice and commercial viability of the companies terms of business, along with a strong company ethos, excellent level of service, and reliability at competitive prices.

Main Duties of the post:

  • To promote the products and service of the company by providing product information and advice. Managing a range of clients supporting the sales team and business managers.
  • Handling customer enquiries, requests and fielding accordingly; managing outlook and CRM to organize workflow and daily tasks.
  • Processing information and customer orders onto packaging system.
  • To Achieve all KPI's/Tasks set on a weekly/monthly basis in readiness for your one to one with your Sales Manager
  • Achieving set targets and deadlines and Margin targets.
  • Keep accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers using appropriate CRM systems and procedures relating to the Customer ABC formats? Review and keep up to date Actions on CRM daily.
  • To communicate regularly with new and existing customers informing them of new services and products the company provides and to encourage repeat business.
  • To consult with the external sales person New Business Team on relevant information i.e. leads/issues/opportunities concerning new or existing customers in assigned territories. Manage all opportunities through the business using CRM.
  • To liaise with internal and external departments to optimise quality of service, sustain good working relationships and achieve excellent customer satisfaction.
  • To provide support and other administrative duties should they be required.
