Job Title: Customer Service Executive

Summary:

As a Customer Service Executive you will be responsible for providing a full range of support services including pricing information, lead time enquiries and pro-active management of orders, producing quotations and contributing to the Bid Review process and reception duties .

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain good working relationships with specific key customers.
  • Process customer orders onto our business system.
  • Proactively inform customer of delivery dates and any changes or delays to delivery days.
  • Manage order book by proactively pursuing incomplete order/delivery details.
  • Receptions duties, including handling incoming phone calls and greeting guests.

Requirements:

  • 1-5 years' experience in a Customer Service role dealing with customers on a day to day basis.
  • Professional level telephone skills.
  • Ability to adapt to and use various commercial IT systems including Microsoft Outlook, proficient at Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent verbal communication, numeric and literacy skills.
  • Must be reliable, tolerant, and be able to work under pressure.
