Job Title: Operations Clerk

Are you a professional Operations Clerk with experience in the logistics industry? Do you have excellent planning and organisational skills?

Job Overview:

To ensure that all Operational targets in relation to service, quality and productivity are met at all times.

Job Description:

  • Accurate input of data
  • Raising customer orders on the system
  • Efficient use of available communication tools to confirm all arrangements specific to the transport process and miscellaneous/ancillary transactions
  • Selecting approved suppliers whilst considering cost and commercial viability
  • Assist in the processing of both sales and purchase invoices
  • Maintain excellent lines of communication with both customers and suppliers

Professional Experience / Skills:

  • 2 years' experience in Freight Forwarding
  • European Freight Forwarding Experience
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work without supervision
  • Experienced team player
  • Enthusiastic and driven to achieve targets and objectives
