Job Title: PA/Office Manager

Our Client is currently recruiting for a PA / Office Manager. This role is busy and varied and is a split between providing personal PA support to the Director and Office Management, Finance and Administration tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced individual to join their team.

Responsibilities:

  • Diary management
  • Opening private post and ordering private household items
  • Processing personal invoices, making online payments
  • Private travel arrangements for Director and family
  • Manage the phone system and mobile phone contracts
  • Making hospitality arrangements
  • Managing facilities: cleaning contract, upkeep of internal building and kitchen supplies
  • Processing invoices to pass to Accounts
  • Processing payroll information to pass to Accounts
  • Office contact for pension scheme, setting up payments for monthly contributions
  • Processing purchase orders and dealing with petty cash
  • Processing credit card statements
  • Issuing sales invoices

Requirements:

  • Has a proven track record of providing high level PA / Office Management support to a small - medium sized business
  • Is proficient in MS Office packages - Particularly Excel
  • Has good written and spoken English
  • Has excellent record keeping skills
  • Can display a high degree of initiative
  • A full UK Driving Licence and access to a car is essential due to the rural location
