Summary:
Our client had a strategic programme to develop the business into wound care products. The R&D for a product range is complete; they now need someone to own and lead the business into a full growth phase. Taking ownership of all the elements that make up a commercially successful brand and product range.
Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Marketing Director, with strong connections to the MD, R&D director, NPD director, regulatory teams, and sales directors, the programme manager will: -
- Bring together the existing wound care product range
- Conduct market and marketing research to identify the best product range development and Go to Market strategies
- Drive the product development processes.
- Establish global positioning and messaging,
- Determine the global Go To Market strategy, launch plans and future developments
- Lead the execution of Go To Market plans
- Own overall brand revenue and ROI
Requirements:
This is a role for someone who has directly relevant experience, ideally in wound care; in a medical or healthcare environment, you will need to have: -
- High personal credibility
- Excellent influencing skills
- The ability to work at all levels in the business
- A clear and structured approach
- To be able to reconcile differing points of view and achieve a positive outcome
- Excellent interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills
