We are looking for an experienced and motivated Internal Sales member to join a small but busy and expanding business. This is a great opportunity to get on board and join and become part of this company's success and continuous growth and development.

We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Internal Sales person who:

  • Is comfortable and confident on the phone.
  • Enthusiastic to learn about Perfectly Green products.
  • Is excited about booking appointments and providing quotations.
  • Has a natural tendency to build trust and confidence.
  • Likes advising people in their journey to make a purchasing decision.
  • Is organised and on top of their numbers.
  • Is energised by achieving goals and targets.
  • Happy to expand their skills and experience in other areas of marketing.
  • Can comply with data protection regulations, (GDPR).

As an Internal Sales individual you will be required to support the Sales Director by primarily calling businesses and securing quotations, sample requests and booking appointments, ensuring timely follow-ups to your calls with communication via letters, emails, LinkedIn et al.

You will also participate in other marketing initiatives, (including attending events) as well as using our social media platforms for promotional purposes.

  • To qualify for the role, you must have the following education and experience.
  • Minimum secondary education.
  • Minimum 1 years of Telemarketing or telesales experience.
  • Other marketing experience such as social media (desirable but not essential).

Responsibilities:

Generating business from new clients

  • Be able to find businesses and projects which may need our product(s).
  • Find a way of getting to the person who makes decisions.
  • Build relationships with potential repeat customers.
  • Utilise the data base to find and contact all relevant prospects.
  • Get potential clients to request a quote from us.
  • Follow up quotations to get the order.
  • Record all conversations and actions on our CRM and tracker systems.
  • Generate diary reminders on call backs etc.
  • Secure sales appointments for the directors where necessary.

Looking after existing customers

Build relationships with existing commercial customers by:

  • Phone conversations reminding clients about who we are and what we do.
  • Use mailshots to do same * Generate more business from existing clients.
  • Record conversations / actions as above on the CRM and flag follow-ups in the diary.
  • Ask for referrals.
