Job Title: Customer Services Manager
Are you a Customer Services Manager with experience managing and motivating a team? This is a hands-on position where you can excel in an environment that embraces teamwork, change and flexibility.
Summary:
Your focus will be managing all aspects related to the 'Quality of Service' on a day to day basis of the Sales Administration team inclusive of Order Processing and Customer Services. You will also coordinate/liaise/interact with not only the immediate staff within your team section, but also the rest of the other departmental staff.
Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for managing the team management including maintaining discipline, focus on work productivity and motivation with all aspects of sales order processing
- Regular meeting with your staff and other Managers to discuss possible improvements to Customer Service
- Investigating and solving both consumer and trade customers' enquiry and complaints, which may be complex or long-standing problems
- Providing help and advice to customers regarding products or services
- Communicating politely at all times with customers; verbally by telephone and written correspondence via email or letter
- Make sure all telephone calls are answered promptly using the recommended script
- Make sure all orders for the day are entered into Exchequer
- Ensure that the picking list is printed to Warehouse for customer with no credit status problem asap
- Hold orders with credit issues
Requirements:
- Experience working as Customer Service Manager
- Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
- Plenty of listening skills
- Problem analysis and problem-solving
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Good people management skills
- Proactive suggestions for improvement
