This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team.

Summary:

Reporting to the Sales Director, the Field Sales Representatives are responsible for meeting new and existing clients and selling our services and maintaining relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generating own appointments by following the prospecting structure.
  • Attend pre-arranged meetings generated by our dedicated Telesales team and by your own self -generated efforts selling the company's products & services. Making every attempt to ensure that a full presentation is given and all sales opportunities have been explored.
  • Maintain a good level of communication and positive working relationship with the telemarketing team and operations teams, and work closely with the Sales Administrator stating the outcome of each appointment and advising them when you need support with rescheduling any appointments.
  • Ensure all relevant paperwork is completed correctly and returned to the new business sales administrator at the end of each day.
  • Responding to customer emails and enquiries within the same working day, to ensure that all sales opportunities are maximised.

Key Requirements:

  • Strong rapport building skills, engaging with senior management and business decision makers.
  • IT literate and competent in the use of all Microsoft Office programs and internet.
  • Ability to identify customer requirements, build strong relationships with prospects face to face and on the telephone, and ability to close the deal.
  • Ability to work outside of regular hours, travel to client sites, and stay away from home on an occasional basis.
  • Resourcefulness & problem solving and ability to research information to answer wide range of queries.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills especially in a sales presentation environment.
  • Ability to work with multiple caseloads with challenging deadlines.
  • Understanding of telecoms in particular PBX / VoIP / Calls & Lines / IP Telephony
  • Achieve and exceed the set targets per month.
  • Closing the qualified appointments on the day.
  • Experience in a Telecoms B2B field sales role solutions environment.
  • Fixed Line & Connectivity, Hosted Telephony, PBX / Systems Sales.
  • Possess a clean and valid UK driving licence
