Job Title: Traffic Manager

Are you a Traffic Manager with experience in a creative environment? You must have project management experience and experience communicating with clients. This is a hands-on position where you can excel in an environment that embraces teamwork, change and flexibility.

Summary:

As Traffic Manager, you will work closely with the Client Services/Project Management teams to ensure resource is allocated with enough time to deliver on time, quality and budget.

Responsibilities:

  • Forward planning the weekly resource schedule, holding a centralized view of all client, new business and internal project work requiring resource.
  • Keeping the workflow running seamlessly through the agency. Working closely with Project
  • Management and Client Services to ensure projects are booked in early enough to deliver on time, quality and budget.
  • Pre-empting scheduling clashes and resolving issues before they happen.
  • Managing a busy and ever-changing Resource schedule on a day to day basis
  • Understanding who does what and how things are made in Digital Advertising (in order to allocate the right skills and time)
  • Relaying scheduling information in a timely fashion to ensure the team know what they are working on
  • Supporting Client Services with Delivery but equally ensuring process is followed. You will need to have a firm but fair attitude.
  • Pro-actively managing the Schedule to ensure KPI targets are met for forecast Billable Utilization
  • Monitoring timesheets to ensure accuracy and timely completion (for bookable resource)

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in project management
  • Previous experience of managing and communicating with clients
  • Previous experience of working with cross-function teams
  • Previous experience of working to deadlines
  • Previous experience in a role that requires proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Previous experience managing budgets and/or project profitability
  • Experience of project management methodologies such as Prince 2, Agile, Scrum or Waterfall
  • Previous marketing agency experience
  • Previous experience of working with creative teams and creative deliverables
