The Head of Account Management will play a key role in the company's success, focusing on supporting, inspiring and developing the account management team to increase participation of the company's scheme through hundreds of key clients nationwide.
This role will allow you to develop new strategies and increase the penetration of the company's scheme. Working across the business, making sure that they are growing in the right sectors.
Keeping your finger on the pulse and managing your own list of key clients and partners with the support of an Account Executive makes sure the role stays varied and active.
You will:

- Have experience leading sales or account management teams.
- Have B2B management experience, preferably within the employee benefits sector.
- Value collaborations and be able to influence colleagues to support client and project requirements.
- Be able to analyse and provide insight to ensure we remain informed and proactive.
