Summary:
To be an active part of the Call Centre in order to deliver exceptional customer service and maximise revenue and profit derived via telephone calls.
Responsibilities:
- Efficient handling of inbound calls, outbound calls and emails
- Maximising call/booking, and quote/booking conversion rates on every call or email
- Up selling and cross selling to improve Average Transaction Values on every call or email
- Provide exceptional customer service in order to enhance the buying experience on every call or email
- Maintain very high standards of product and service knowledge so that calls and emails can be handled confidently and efficiently with the minimum of escalation
- Deliver the best service in the industry. Do that little bit more for customers and add to their travel experience.
- Communicate Website and Customer issues with Team Leaders/Departments.
- As directed, from time to time, assist the Team Leader in developing and mentoring newer, less experienced staff during their Induction.
- Develop and maintain great team work and productivity
Requirements:
- Relevant call centre experience
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ambitious, driven to succeed
- Computer literate
