Job Title: Customer Solutions Manager

Are you a Key Account Manager with Software knowledge and experience in the Travel industry? Are you confident selling a solution to senior level staff? Frequent International travel will be required.

Responsibilities:

Driving customer engagement and strengthening relationships with plans to continually improve the overall experience by:

  • Proactively working with clients as their trusted, consultative business partner
  • Understanding the customer's vision, needs and value proposition
  • Resolving customer's business pains and current issues
  • Being the customer's main point of contact - including escalation and training
  • Monitoring and reporting on action plans relating to customer happiness
  • Extending the company's reach and brand presence internally within accounts
  • Working with a portfolio of EMEA-based customers (approximately 10) comprising of medium to large airlines and other travel industry partners

Requirements:

  • A passion for the travel industry
  • 5+ years' experience in the travel industry, in an airline operational, IT or Travel software/solution provider role
  • Travel systems experience - e.g. reservation systems, PSS or similar
  • Strong analytical skills; airline industry knowledge with the ability to analyse and match requirements to solutions
  • Customer-centric attitude with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to grasp software component architectures on a functional level
  • Attention to detail - a perfectionist - with amazing presentation skills
