Job Title: Technical Support Analyst

Are you a Technical Support Analyst with experience in a commercial environment? This is a hands-on position where you can excel in an environment that embraces teamwork, change and flexibility.

Responsibilities:

  • Desktop/Server troubleshoot and fix
  • Routine maintenance of IT systems to minimise downtime
  • Purchasing and configuring company computers and devices
  • Technical support analyst in a commercial environment
  • Windows Desktop and Server administration
  • Office 365 and/or GSuite administration
  • Finding and fixing faults
  • Strong networking knowledge
  • The desirable skills for the Technical Support Analyst:
  • Knowledge of MS SQL server administration

Requirements:

  • Relevant IT based qualifications or experience in a similar role is essential alongside the ability to use initiative when needed
  • Windows Server 2008, 2012
  • Windows Server Update Services
  • MS Group Policy
  • Anti-Virus and Security
  • Office 365 and Google Apps Admin
  • Knowledge of Firewalls and Routers
  • Active Directory
  • Excellent Knowledge of MS Office desktop products
  • Hands on experience of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN, WAN, VoIP

It is essential that you hold a Full UK Driving Licence, as this role will involve traveling to different branches across the country.
