Job Title: French Speaking Sales Administrator
Are you a French Speaking Sales Administrator? Do you have experience working in a fast paced sales office? This is a hands-on position where you can excel in an environment that embraces teamwork, change and flexibility.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for incoming & outgoing post
- Ensuring filing systems are kept up to date
- Responsible for interfacing with customers prior to and/or after sale
- Develops and maintains positive customer relations and coordinates with various functions within the company
- Ensures customer requests are handled appropriately and in a timely manner
- Answering Telephone calls & E mails, & Distribution
- Order Processing using SAP
- Raise Invoices & Handle Credit Card Payments
- Resolving customer account queries & Creating new accounts
- Credit note management
- Supporting Internal Sales Engineers
- Post-sale: Completion of Order control sheets, Producing Shipment documents, Producing Invoices both Home & Export Markets, Handle rejection reports.
Requirements:
- Competent French language and written skills. German speaking would be desirable
- Good level of academic achievement (minimum of 5 GCSE's A-C inc. Maths & English)
- Experience of working in a fast-paced and often demanding sales environment
- Proven track record of ability to deliver excellent administrative duties
