Job Purpose

To be responsible for the strategy and overall recruitment of our overseas teams across multiple roles. Creating innovative and relevant ways to attract and identify the best talent for our opportunities. You will collaborate closely with our Talent Acquisition Managers, Talent Acquisition Executives and key stakeholders in developing recruitment plans or initiatives. This is a fantastic opportunity for a high-quality talent professional.

Main Responsibilities and Key Tasks

Your main responsibilities will be to determine staffing needs and forecasts across multiple overseas opportunities and ensure the recruitment of strong talent for our opportunities. You will lead the overseas HR employee branding. You are also responsible for the entire recruitment process from budgets and advertising to placing, ensuring our recruitment process is optimised and is a positive experience for our candidates. It will be very important to develop our longer-term recruitment plans in line with external influences. You are responsible for searching for leads rather than applications for our more senior roles and assessing their talents rather than work history. You will need to clearly demonstrate the positive impact new recruiting methods have on our bottom line. You will build and lead a high performing talent acquisition team. You will need to learn the business and the understand the factors needed to ensure success.
