Our client is seeking an ambitious, target-driven individual to take on the role of Business Development Manager, covering the South of England.
Summary:
Reporting to the Director of Specification and Commercial Heating, the role involves sourcing and developing new business opportunities for a range of commercial heating products with consultants, architects and specifiers.
Responsibilities:
- Effectively managing and developing a portfolio of accounts and key prospects enabling you to achieve agreed profit/revenue targets.
- Attending meetings with clients to fully understand their requirements in order to suggest the most appropriate measures, followed up with written quotes and tenders.
- Identifying new opportunities and exploring suspect accounts where the Company's services satisfy client requirements as well as the Company's growth plan.
Requirements:
- Experience within the commercial heating arena is preferred.
- Experience selling to Consultants, Architects & Specifiers.
- You'll be enthusiastic, proactive, ambitious and well organised to exceed very achievable targets.
- You'll have outstanding written and verbal communication with demonstrable experience of the ability to build and sustain relationships with clients at all levels.
