Summary:
Your main responsibility will be to support the Account Manager with day to day activities. You will be expected to work as part of a close-knit team to ensure all tasks are completed accurately in a timely manner.
Responsibilities:
- Writing engaging job adverts
- Accurately maintaining internal CRM systems
- Sending emails
- Answering the phone to both Clients & Candidates
- Speaking to candidates and arranging interviews with them
- Establishing and building candidate relationships
- Conducting phone interviews and preparation calls
- Collecting interview feedback
- Other ad hoc tasks as and when required
Requirements:
- Confident telephone manner
- Ability to use own initiative
- Excellent organisational skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
- Computer literate
- Driver's license - due to the rural location
No recruitment experience required - Full training and support will be provided to the right candidate.
