Summary:

Your main responsibility will be to support the Account Manager with day to day activities. You will be expected to work as part of a close-knit team to ensure all tasks are completed accurately in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

  • Writing engaging job adverts
  • Accurately maintaining internal CRM systems
  • Sending emails
  • Answering the phone to both Clients & Candidates
  • Speaking to candidates and arranging interviews with them
  • Establishing and building candidate relationships
  • Conducting phone interviews and preparation calls
  • Collecting interview feedback
  • Other ad hoc tasks as and when required

Requirements:

  • Confident telephone manner
  • Ability to use own initiative
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
  • Computer literate
  • Driver's license - due to the rural location

No recruitment experience required - Full training and support will be provided to the right candidate.
