Job Title: HR Advisor - Payroll and Benefits

Are you looking for a HR position which is focused on Payroll & Employee Benefits? Do you have experience in a fast paced HR environment dealing with multiple Payrolls? There will be MI reporting as part of his role and strong excels skills are required.

Summary:

Reporting to the Group HR Director with a dotted reporting line to the Senior HR Business Partner, the role will incorporate predominately Payroll and Benefits, HR MI/Metrics but also some HR admin duties.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing the monthly UK payroll (c350 employees) with assistance from the HR Adviser and liaising with HR counterparts at our UK companies.
  • Working closely with our payroll provider (RSM) to ensure accurate, monthly payroll processes are followed and our people are paid correctly.
  • Administration of all employee benefits (including pension auto enrolment and annual P11D process)
  • Continually review ways of working to improve and systemise where appropriate.
  • Processing/inputting Maternity, Paternity, Adoption and Shared Parental pay.
  • Action Leavers and process final pay and P45.
  • Assess workers eligibility for the work place pension.
  • Process Salary Sacrifice benefits such as Childcare Vouchers/Cycle to Work/Gym Flex and others.
  • Occasionally arrange payments outside of payroll - Manually calculating NI & Tax.
  • Support the HR Team with other adhoc HR work (ER, Recruitment, general admin).

Requirements:

  • Part CIPD qualified with a proven background in HR Payroll and Benefits
  • Awareness of confidentiality within the HR environment and ability to work as part of a small team
  • Advanced Excel skills are essential
  • Experience with MI Reporting from a HR perspective
