Job Title: Scheduling Support Coordinator

Summary:

To schedule and administer internal and third-party labour resource in the successful delivery of service and installation tasks for customers. To provide full administration support to the Aftersales Services Team.

Responsibilities:

  • Handling of incoming support calls via e-mail or Liaising with the UK Project Engineering Manager and the Aftersales Services Manager to ensure the effective and efficient use of resources
  • Scheduling field engineers for Reactive call outs, Customer Installation activities and Preventative Planned Maintenance work
  • Liaising with field engineers, project managers, and Technical Support Technicians, ensuring effective communications at all times
  • Working with customers to provide regular contact, also coordinating all appointments with the customer.
  • Maintaining visibility on dates for annual service contracts
  • The creation of customer quotations, responsibility for stock management and customer invoicing associated with engineering visits.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge and experience of telephone sales techniques
  • Knowledge of scheduling engineering resource
  • Experience in working in a fast pace environment
  • Has a good UK geographical awareness
