Job Title: Scheduling Support Coordinator
Summary:
To schedule and administer internal and third-party labour resource in the successful delivery of service and installation tasks for customers. To provide full administration support to the Aftersales Services Team.
Responsibilities:
- Handling of incoming support calls via e-mail or Liaising with the UK Project Engineering Manager and the Aftersales Services Manager to ensure the effective and efficient use of resources
- Scheduling field engineers for Reactive call outs, Customer Installation activities and Preventative Planned Maintenance work
- Liaising with field engineers, project managers, and Technical Support Technicians, ensuring effective communications at all times
- Working with customers to provide regular contact, also coordinating all appointments with the customer.
- Maintaining visibility on dates for annual service contracts
- The creation of customer quotations, responsibility for stock management and customer invoicing associated with engineering visits.
Requirements:
- Knowledge and experience of telephone sales techniques
- Knowledge of scheduling engineering resource
- Experience in working in a fast pace environment
- Has a good UK geographical awareness
