Job Title: Purchase Ledger Assistant

Summary: Our client is currently looking for a Purchase Ledger Assistant to join their busy Finance team. The successful candidate will have experience in Purchase Ledger and basic Excel skills. As well as having high level of attention to detail and experience of Sage, however this is not essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Post Supplier invoices
  • Open New Credit Accounts
  • Cash flow updates
  • Expenses processing including credit cards
  • Cover Post
  • Make Payments using various platforms
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Petty Cash and Credit Card input and reconciliation
  • Weekly payments run for authorisation by CFO / Head of Finance / Other
  • Liaising with Suppliers
  • Expenses analysis and posting
