Salary: £30,000 - £45,000 per annum
Job Title: Bid Coordinator
Are you a Bid Coordinator with experience in creating bidding templates, managing supporting documentation dealing with bid responses? This is a hands-on position where you can excel in an environment that embraces teamwork, change and flexibility.
Responsibilities:
- Create set of standard response / bidding templates
- Ensure all standard supporting documentation is up to date and stored in central cloud storage
- Set-up and streamline processes to manage the end to end bidding process.
- Set-up a bid / no-bid qualification / scoring process
- Set-up a bid tracker template
- Manage and Coordinate all bid responses, from initial qualification through to delegating tasks to other staff members, to bringing the whole response document together, to final editorial / proof and submission within specified deadlines.
- Preparation of presentations
Requirements:
- Knowledge of the Audiovisual market / industry is of benefit, but not essential
- Knowledge of the Construction industry is of benefit, but not essential
- Experience of the UK standard tendering structure / process is preferred, but not essential
- Good communicator
- Good time-management
- Very organized individual
- Work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- MS Office Skill
