Job Title: Facilities Administrator
Are you a confident Office Administrator with facilities experience? Are you confident managing team resources and logistics? You must be well organised & an excellent communicator.
Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming mail (post, faxes and emails) daily - prioritise urgent/important post immediately
- Booking couriers and Royal Mail services
- Perform Health & Safety checks and updates as required and directed
- Security access control systems administration and checks
- Vending and refreshment staff service administration
- Manage Facilities daily activities calendar
- Enhancement & management of departmental filing systems for IT, and Facilities
- Facilitator for IT and Facilities team meetings
- Company credit card monthly reconciliation
- Purchase order control and administration
- Department and company logistics area control
- Authorised company travel booker and facilitator
- Departmental and company logistics area control
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years Office Facilities experience
- Managing team resources and logistics
- Contract facilitation
- Advance use of Outlook, Work, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Exposure and knowledge of Blackberry devices. (Preferred)
- Mobile communication administration portals. (Preferred)
- Working knowledge of all key facilities duties
- Have can-do attitude
- Problem solving skills
