ACS are a fast-growing recruitment and business support company based in Sayers Common. We have a hard-working friendly team who work closely together to deliver a very high service level to our clients. As part of our expansion we are looking for a new member of our team, this role does not involve any sales, it is a supporting role to the sales team.

This position would suit someone who is looking for a long-term career move where they can grow with the company. Your role will be computer based, primarily either researching potential clients, supporting email campaigns or connecting with passive talent.

The most important part of our selection process is how you will fit in our team where everyone takes complete ownership of the whole process whether it is their job or not. We are a very close family orientated business with a small close-knit team. This role would suit someone who is looking for a long-term position, happy to work hard in a relaxed fun environment where the days fly by.

Reporting directly to the General Manager you will be responsible for:

Sales support

  • Researching business to establish what vacancies they have that fits into ACS skill base
  • Credit checking all prospects prior to passing the lead to the team
  • Checking career pages of current clients to ensure ACS are aware of all their current vacancies
  • Relaying this information to the sales team so that they can contact the clients and prospects
  • Compiling and running email campaigns on behalf of the sales team
  • Creating and maintaining systems to measure the results of the sales team
  • Reporting results to the team
  • Accurately maintaining the ACS prospect CRM systems
  • Updating Business Development Key Performance Indicator (KPI) boards
  • Researching Groups of current customers and prospects
  • LinkedIn research to identify prospects and key staff for sales team to contact

Resourcing

  • Understanding job roles from job descriptions
  • Picking out the most important aspects of the job description to make sure candidates meet the client requirements
  • Contacting passive candidates via LinkedIn with to gain their interest in open roles
  • Creating and maintaining systems to measure the results of passive candidate contacts
  • Reporting results to the team
  • Updating ACS administration systems to ensure that candidates are tracked and managed throughout the process

General

The responsibilities above are an overview of the role. This is a new role to the business although all of this work is currently disseminated throughout the business. You will be expected to expand this roll and create new innovative ways to achieve results. As this role impacts all areas of the business, so you must be able to liaise constructively with all team members offering a flexible and proactive support.
