Job Title: HR Administrator
Our client is looking for someone on a 12 Month FTC with ideally 1-2 years of experience in HR to help with general HR admin for their business office in Brighton.
Responsibilities:
- All Starters/Leavers related admin
- Induction plan, paperwork, policies
- Checklist activities
- Setting up files
- Contracts/Letters
- Leaver file
- Setting up on HR Systems
- Appraisal paperwork, logging, chasing, Role Profile updates
- Salary Review/Bonuses admin
- Invoices
- Contract changes - letter creation, tracking, distribution, database updates
- HR Database Maintenance
- Log candidates for vacancies
- Arrange Probation Review meetings
- Parking spaces allocation
- Update and maintain staff summary spreadsheet
- Address changes with benefit providers
- Long service/wedding/retirement awards
Requirements:
- 1-2 years' experience in a HR role
- Good organisational skills
- Time keeping skills
- Initiative
- Attention to detail
