Job Title: HR Administrator

Our client is looking for someone on a 12 Month FTC with ideally 1-2 years of experience in HR to help with general HR admin for their business office in Brighton.

Responsibilities:

  • All Starters/Leavers related admin
  • Induction plan, paperwork, policies
  • Checklist activities
  • Setting up files
  • Contracts/Letters
  • Leaver file
  • Setting up on HR Systems
  • Appraisal paperwork, logging, chasing, Role Profile updates
  • Salary Review/Bonuses admin
  • Invoices
  • Contract changes - letter creation, tracking, distribution, database updates
  • HR Database Maintenance
  • Log candidates for vacancies
  • Arrange Probation Review meetings
  • Parking spaces allocation
  • Update and maintain staff summary spreadsheet
  • Address changes with benefit providers
  • Long service/wedding/retirement awards

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years' experience in a HR role
  • Good organisational skills
  • Time keeping skills
  • Initiative
  • Attention to detail
