Job Title: Lead Inspector

This is a challenging role for a highly skilled Quality Assurance Inspector and as such requires a self-motivated individual to co-ordinate other staff and colleagues to achieve and maintain production requirements.

Reporting to the Senior Quality Engineer, the role involves the holder being an active / productive team member whilst leading the inspection team to ensure optimal efforts of work development.

Requirements:

The successful applicant will demonstrate a flexible approach, excellent communication and supervisory skills and the ability to work with minimum supervision themselves to ensure best practices for efficiency and output of the inspection department. A comprehensive knowledge of aerospace inspection processes and specifications is essential.

If you have supervisory experience in an appropriate production / inspection environment, experience in aerospace inspection environment, process and product audit experience and understanding, detailed use of CMM and their outputs, experience in the compilation of aerospace FAIRs and calibration control and management.
