Project Co-Ordinator
Purpose of the role:
- Operating to the highest standards of health and safety protocols both site and company at all times
- Responsible for the accurate administration processes of the branch including updating ERP system, planning invoice processing, hiring and de-hiring of equipment where necessary through requisition process, timesheet formulation and submission and all associated support and administration.
- Assist Team Leaders and installations Managers in processing accurate information in a timely manner
- Production of weekly data analysis reports from the Job Tracker and highlighting any potential bottlenecks
- Ensuring job packs and ancillary site details are given to the Installations Team Leader for distribution to the Installations Leads and Mates
- Co-ordinate site's training requirements in conjunction with installations team
- Customer facing solutions provider
Key tasks and responsibilities
- Working at all times within the boundaries of Health and Safety protocols both customer/client and company
- Keeping Installations area of ERP system up-to-date accurately
- Maintaining and developing further current job trackers in line with ERP system
- Ensure all systems and processes in branch are up to date and maintained
- Working towards more digital processes
- Issue, recording and stock control of PPE clothing issue
- Working closely with Team Leader and Installations Teams to deliver service OTIF and within financial parameters set
- Working towards and in conjunction with Team Leaders - labour planning accurately with enough flexibility to deliver change
- Co-ordinate vehicle services
- Produce meaningful reports in a timely manner
- Ensure all paperwork received from Team Leaders from Installations Leads/Mates to close off jobs
- Use vehicle trackers to help and assist the planning of materials and routes with driver/yardman
- Ensure all paper and electronic forms are duly completed and any comments / recommendations / diagnostics are logged and known
- Attend all training courses and meetings as required
- Share expertise within team
- Maintain a professional appearance and manner at all times, consistent with client and company expectations to ensure that HERAS is promoted in a positive way at all times
- Carry out other duties and tasks that may be requested and that you have been fully trained to carry out.
- Assist with compilation of performance management process
