Overview
As a Quality Engineer you will be working closely with suppliers, customers and other departments on site to ensure high standards are maintained. You will be responsible for improving processes through continuous improvement and investigating issues with suppliers, production and products using root cause analysis.
Key responsibilities
- Supporting ISO9001 internally and externally
- Improving processes through continuous improvement
- Performing safety audits on products
- Investigating recurring issues using root cause analysis
- Reporting on performance
- Working with other departments to ensure projects are delivered on time
What skills/ experience should you have?
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- ISO9001 auditing experience
- Quality Engineer
- Requires a sheet metal fabrication background and experience of customer liaison, assessing standards and policies, nonconformance reporting and other relevant activities.
