The Role of HR Manager

  • Formulate the HR strategy for the group
  • Formulate for approval by the CEO and the board, the pay and reward strategy and policy for the organization.
  • Lead in the identificatiom development and promotion of a culture that enables the delivery of the organisations vision, business goals and values
  • Translate corporate business goals into prioritizing HR requirements, producing and delivering an HR strategy that takes into account the needs of all areas of business
  • Develop, omplement and invest in a focused strategy for organizational development, management development and professional training
  • Ensure appropriate strategies are in place to drive and embed organizational change initiatives, including staff engagement and support activities
  • Ensure the organisationl values are implemented and embedded
  • Provide strategic direction and leadership to the HR and Payroll functions
  • Support the operational and strategic delivery of the organizational vision as a key member of the senior management team

What are the key (minimum) requirements for a successful HR Manager application?

  • Senior HR generalist
  • CIPD ADHRM Level 7
  • Member of the Chartered Institute of Personall and Development
  • Evidence of continued personal and professional development
  • Proven track record of achievement in leading an HR finction or team which forms a pro-active and critical role in the business
