The Service Performance Manager role will strive to develop, communicate and monitor how effective the Service Department processes are to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction is being achieved. They will make improvements where necessary to the operational efficiency to achieve the company's goals. The Service Performance Manager will be responsible for the Service Planning and invoicing team, ensuring they are working efficiently and supporting them where necessary.
To succeed at this role the ideal candidate must have the ability to effectively communicate with employees and customers, both in a one-on-one and group setting to receive optimum results. Therefore, prior management experience within a service environment is essential.
Experience of training and coaching skills is also necessary in order to develop the team in line with the company strategy.
The Service Performance Manager appointed will have strong organisation skills and internal drive to see tasks through to completion, as well as willingness to take ownership, responsibility and initiative in this role to make it a success.
