HR Systems Specialist based in Willenhall

The Role of HR Systems Specialist

Take full Divisional administrative ownership of the internal Learning Management Systems (LMS), support with the delivery of a HR Information System Roll-out and administer various Group and Division wide training learning and development programmes

To take ownership of the current Group Learning Management System (Cornerstone). Inclusive of the following:

  • Maintaining training/user records/access levels
  • Assigning course modules
  • Training regional administrators on the usage of the LMS
  • Working closely with local IT/HR teams to update Active Directory users
  • To act as representation for the EMEA Division within the LMS Technical Development forum
  • Supporting in the launch of new training modules and compliance programmes

  • Supporting with the launch of the replacement LMS, which a module of the global HRIS (SAP SuccessFactors)
  • Supporting the HRIS Manager with the HRIS roll-out, go-lives and new module introduction, training and post-go-live support, data

What are the key (minimum) requirements for an HR Systems Specialist application?

  • Experience of administration responsibility within an LMS environment
  • Experience of delivering virtual software training
  • Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office Packages, including Word,
  • Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Experience of working in a complex multi-cultural organisation
  • Experience of managing user accounts in an Active Directory environment would be an advantage
  • CIPD (or equivalent) qualified (or part-qualified) is an Advantage
