Customer Service Account Executive

Customer Service Account Executive based in Southall

Key Responsibilities of Customer Service Account Executive:

  • To manage and develop assigned customer accounts
  • Be the internal focal point and provide interaction between the customer accounts and the company
  • Provide high quality customer service
  • Negotiate customer pricing and commercial terms
  • Review customer sales margins and propose re-pricing where necessary
  • Provide customers with regular accurate up to date status reports
  • Provide customers with quotations for repairs, loans/exchanges and the sale of other goods or services offered within the business

Key Requirements of Customer Executive Service Account Executive:

  • Engineering Degree or Electronics (ideally Aerospace or Avionic)
  • Previous key account management, customer service experience and commercial, pricing and quoting experience
  • Ability to deal with high level volume of pricing and quoting requirements
  • Previously worked in a technical environment
  • Understanding of the import/export procedure
  • Experience working in the aviation industry
  • Experience in another Aviation MRO sector
