Group Quality Manager

Group Quality Manager Based in West Drayton

Key Responsibilities of Group Quality Manager:

This is a group functional role that has responsible for establishing procedures and quality standards and to monitor these against agreed targets. The candidate will support our global operating entities to drive a qualitive approach which that will underpin the company's ambitious growth plans and Best in Class service.

This would include maintaining and extending our EN 9120:2018 / ISO 9001:2015 certification.

Key Requirements of Group Quality Manager:

  • Proven experience in Operational leadership roles within logistics / air freight industry (min 5 years)
  • Lead auditor qualification
  • Experience of leading change management including cultural change
  • Degree calibre or equivalent
  • Sound IT skills including project management software is an advantage
  • Natural influencer with the ability to connect with all levels of the business.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Customer centric and team orientated.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise as well as focus on the detail
  • Advanced problem-solving skills
