As the Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for all technical communications with our customer base including Support Tickets, Conference Calls and Face to Face meetings/presentations. Creating reports and slides to support service reviews and customer demand. Change Management via the Change Request process, including testing prior to deployment and deployment management.
To be successful in this role of Service Delivery Manager you would've worked previously in the support environment with customer interaction or in a customer facing.
