As the Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for all technical communications with our customer base including Support Tickets, Conference Calls and Face to Face meetings/presentations. Creating reports and slides to support service reviews and customer demand. Change Management via the Change Request process, including testing prior to deployment and deployment management.

  • Project management duties are required for low/medium risk service transitions.
  • Training of customers and others.
  • 1st in Class Testing
  • Support Mobilisation participation and responsibilities
  • Onboard testing
  • Returns Management
  • Other reasonable ad hoc tasks to support customer requirements.

To be successful in this role of Service Delivery Manager you would've worked previously in the support environment with customer interaction or in a customer facing.

We would love to speak to anyone who has experience of:

  • Previous Account Management
  • Intermediate to Advanced data analysis skills utilising MS Excel / Google Sheets / SQL
  • Experience of presenting analysis and report findings to senior stakeholders (internal and external)
  • Good technical aptitude to help with describing faults to technical experts and non-technical stakeholders.
