As the Customer Service Manager you will be responsible for the active day-to-day management of a team of Customer Service Advisors, a delegation of all elements of customer service and administration tasks and active communications for all customers in line with SLA agreements.

You will be a leader for delivering passion and confident customer service.

  • Dealing with prompt queries and complaints promptly.
  • Managing customer service emails and requests.
  • Invoicing and administration functions relating to transport and warehousing.

Key Requirements of Customer Service Manager:

The successful Customer Service Manager will have a background within the sector and an appetite to drive success and performance.

  • Experience in a similar logistics and customer service environment.
  • Proven track record of managing teams.
  • A history of delivering quality customer services to a variety of fast-paced markets.
  • Logistics and Forwarding Understanding.
