The Role:
Reporting to the Project Manager and based in the company's Lincoln office, as the Project Coordinator you will be primarily responsible for providing support to the vice director to achieve objectives of the annual commitment letter, coordinating with Project Leaders to ensure current projects are running smoothly and coordinating with the finance department to monitor expense & budget.
In the job you'll be tasked with the following:
- Monitoring project progress and collect or draft regular reports (monthly, quarterly etc.)
- Arranging meetings with internal Team Members and external parties, undertake meeting minutes and chase actions
- Co-ordinate technical publication approval, responsible for R&D technical publication database maintenance

The Candidate:
The ideal candidate for this Project Coordinator role will have relevant experience of project management/coordination.
In addition, it's essential that you possess a bachelor's and/or master's degree.
