As the Product Manager, you will be reporting to the Head of Sales, you are a member of the Commercial team with responsibility for the enhancement of the business's financial performance through product lifecycle management, market knowledge, new product development and selling price policy.

You will be responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle including gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision and working closely with Engineering, Sales, Marketing and support to ensure revenue, profitability and customer satisfaction goals are met. The Product Manager will ensure that the product roadmap supports the business's overall strategy and goals.

Define the product strategy and roadmap in the various product categories and markets the company is active/ will become active within

  • Deliver product briefs with market and commercial justification.
  • Work with external third parties to assess partnerships and licensing opportunities.
  • Run pilot programs with early-stage product concepts and sample.
  • Be an expert on the competition through competitor analysis.
  • Develop pricing policies throughout the product lifecycle and on new product introductions.
  • Work closely with Marketing Communications regarding information and messaging to support communications campaigns.

To be successful in this role of Product Manager. We would love to speak to anyone who has experience of:

  • Experience in an Assistant/ Product Management/ Marketing role.
  • Demonstrable success in defining and launching successful products.
  • Ideally from the Air Movement or associated technical industry.
  • Specific Technical and/or Marketing qualifications.
