As the Customer Excellence Manager, you will ensure that Customer Accounts Team (CAT) are delivering excellence within customer satisfaction to our international customer base. Facilitate strong communication between all key stakeholders within CAT, Sales, and supply chain.

Act as a point of escalation for both UK and Malaysia CA Teams and act as the first point of escalation for our international customer base and escalate key issues to the Sales & Marketing Director.

  • Work within the Senior Leadership Team to contributes to the development and implementation of organisational strategies, policies, and best practices.
  • Provide accurate reporting to the Sales & Marketing Director.
  • You will develop a high performing team through ongoing training and coaching.
  • You will be responsible for the management of the Customer Accounts Team on items such as Training & Development and HR Matters and will need to feed back to the Sales & Marketing Director.

  • You will have previous experience of working within a similar role, ideally within a manufacturing environment and have well rounded knowledge of customer service and administration.
  • Ideally, you will have previous management experience and a good understanding of all aspects of running a successful office team.
  • Above all you will have a genuine passion for exceptional customer service.
  • You will have a proven track record of being resilient in the face of customer escalations.
