Job Title: Commercial Administrator

Responsibilities:

  • Log all Debit Notes/ Invoice Disputes.
  • Investigate each individual type of Query: Shortages, Pod's, Pricing, Defective Goods Returns, Spec Errors, Projects Modified/ Raising documentation including Handling Charges, Office Keying Errors, Shipping Errors, Damages, Faulty products, Stock Cleanses, Quantity errors, over and under shipped, Lost in Transit/Delivered to late
  • Obtain approval /coding for promotional debit notes
  • Prim evils - Billing Invoices via Warehouse.
  • Provide documentation for Audit request.
  • Request charge codes for non-conformance, Penalties from customers via Accounts.
  • Raising Cm's for goods to be returned
  • Crediting agreed Disputes
  • Obtaining Pod's
  • Refute Letters along with supporting documentation
  • Seek approval for stock Returns via Supply Chain /Planning
  • Credit and Re charges

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a Finance or Returns environment processing debits and credits highly desirable
  • Experience of using ERP/MRP and data base systems, including order entry and stock management systems
  • Good knowledge of Excel and Word
