Job Title: Commercial Administrator
Responsibilities:
- Log all Debit Notes/ Invoice Disputes.
- Investigate each individual type of Query: Shortages, Pod's, Pricing, Defective Goods Returns, Spec Errors, Projects Modified/ Raising documentation including Handling Charges, Office Keying Errors, Shipping Errors, Damages, Faulty products, Stock Cleanses, Quantity errors, over and under shipped, Lost in Transit/Delivered to late
- Obtain approval /coding for promotional debit notes
- Prim evils - Billing Invoices via Warehouse.
- Provide documentation for Audit request.
- Request charge codes for non-conformance, Penalties from customers via Accounts.
- Raising Cm's for goods to be returned
- Crediting agreed Disputes
- Obtaining Pod's
- Refute Letters along with supporting documentation
- Seek approval for stock Returns via Supply Chain /Planning
- Credit and Re charges
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a Finance or Returns environment processing debits and credits highly desirable
- Experience of using ERP/MRP and data base systems, including order entry and stock management systems
- Good knowledge of Excel and Word
