The Sales Lead Researcher (SLR) will be responsible for researching, identifying, and communicating via LinkedIn or email; scheduling new qualified opportunities for prospects within targeted industries for the new business team.

The SLR will manage data integrity in Hubspot, keep information up-to-date, research opportunities, monitor feeds and alert and target individuals within LinkedIn for qualified leads. Once a lead is identified, the SLR will research the company, identify appropriate information and make initial contact. Once interest is gained, then schedule tasks for the new business team to follow up on.

The SLR will also work with the new business team to determine the targets that require research and prospecting activities, to secure additional qualified opportunities. An implicit responsibility of the SLR is to have the ability to learn to identify prospects that are a match for the ACS Performance Business.


  • Identify live vacancy opportunities on LinkedIn and use the communication tools available to gain interest in ACS Performance's recruitment services.
  • Provide consistent and ongoing communication to prospects using the communication tools available.
  • Validate contact info of prospects and review leads for minimum quality criteria.
  • Research prospects and clients for vacancies and opportunities, as well as schedule all follow-up communication.
  • Enter data into CRM for the New Business team to contact qualified leads.
  • Handover opportunities using the CRM (as appropriate) with all the necessary information about the opportunity.
  • Responsible for meeting and assigned researched sales lead quota monthly.
  • Keep the CRM up to date at all times.


  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • 1-2 years' work experience preferred, preferably in a process-driven environment.
  • Attention to detail in working with LinkedIn, CRMs, and automated email systems.
  • Ability to quickly learn and apply new information as it relates to improving the process.
  • Must be independent, self-motivated, and success-driven yet also willing to work as part of a team.
