As the Head of Marketing, you will lead the company's marketing strategy to meet organisational objectives. Developing their brand across the foodservice and retail sectors.

  • Develop and manage the company's global communications strategy across online and offline channels, including paid social media strategy, delivering on set KPIs
  • Set, manage, and implement marketing activations and media plans (online and offline) to support regional launches and to deliver on sales ROI
  • Assist the sales team with retailer JBPs, ensuring the activities are in-line with the marketing strategy and contribute to sales growth
  • Maintain the organisations digital presence and ensure necessary data and privacy regulations are met and SEO is utilised where applicable
  • Secure and maintain excellent PR coverage for the brand with leading publications
  • Oversee and encourage creative content and concepts for the brand that aligns with our brand values and communications strategy
  • Evaluate and analyse quantitative and qualitative market and consumer data, monitoring and reporting results back to SMT to ensure data-driven decisions are made
  • Manage and monitor the annual marketing budget
  • Plan, develop, and execute the organisations global exhibition presence, ensuring the brand is portrayed in the best manner to secure new business at each conference
  • Work in cross-functional teams to deliver bringing NPD innovations to market
  • Manage two direct reports and own sales, social media, PR, design agency relationships

To be successful in this role of Head of Marketing we would love to speak to anyone who has experience of:

  • Degree in Communication / PR / Marketing and a qualification in marketing
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role & previous experience in the FMCG sector
  • Strong interest in the plant-based movement
  • Experience in leading and executing marketing strategy
  • Creative thinker with strong management and people skills
  • Experience with data analytics to deliver data-driven decisions
  • In-depth knowledge of marketing and digital best practices
  • Ability to use Adobe suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other creative tools
  • Excellent understanding of digital advertising tools, such as Facebook Ad Manager
  • Ability to work independently with agencies, in line with business guidelines, in a fast-paced environment
